About the role
As a Fresh Packing Operator, you will play an important part in producing chicken for the Danish retail market. You will work in a modern, efficient production environment focused on food safety, quality, and collaboration.
Shift model (12-hour shifts, 3 working days per week)
Night shift (19:00–07:00):
2 weeks: Sunday night to Wednesday morning
2 weeks: Wednesday night to Saturday morning
Then the pattern repeats
Day shift (07:00–19:00):
2 weeks: Monday to Wednesday
2 weeks: Thursday to Saturday
Then the pattern repeats
This schedule provides longer consecutive days off and a stable rhythm.

Your main responsibilities
Packing fresh chicken for the retail market
Operating and being trained to operate machinery and equipment
Contributing to process and performance improvements
Supporting a positive work culture and strong team spirit
Maintaining focus on quality, safety, and yield
