Meet Hannah
Back Office Manager
Hannah is the Manager of our Back Office team in the Sales Department. She helps build strong relationships with all our customers in the Danish market and handles customer-specific tasks across the entire organization. She ensures good relationships both internally and with customers. In addition, she focuses daily on the well-being, motivation, and engagement of her employees.
What tasks do I have at ROSE POULTRY?
I work in the Sales Department for Retail and Foodservice, with a particular focus on retail. That’s because it’s the largest part of our business, but also because I came from Salling Group before I was hired here. So retail has always been a big part of my professional life. I manage daily contact with some of our major clients and coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and our sales director. I’m also responsible for the Back Office team, which consists of four sales assistants whom I support and assist as needed.
I’ve developed tremendously during the five years I’ve worked here. I started in the Back Office handling operations and orders. Later, I took on a more coordinating role, where I was responsible for customer coordination and supported our Key Account Managers. Today, I’m in the role of Back Office Manager, where in addition to continuing the coordination work, I also have leadership responsibilities for the Back Office. Over time, my tasks and leadership role have continued to grow.
What do I personally get out of this job?
I think it’s great to go to work and feel that I make a difference – both for customers and colleagues. I’ve always felt that way at ROSE POULTRY. I feel that I’ve helped move the company forward, both internally and externally toward our customers. That means a lot to me, and it’s also why I enjoy coming to work – that feeling of truly making a difference. I care deeply about providing great customer service to both my internal partners and external customers. For me, it’s important to offer quick help when people need it, because I know it can be something they need in order to move forward with their own tasks.
The most important reasons I still work at ROSE POULTRY?
Besides the fact that it’s great to make a difference, a key factor for me has been that ROSE POULTRY gives me the opportunity to grow in my role. Almost every year I’ve received new tasks, more responsibility, and new challenges. In my department, no two days are the same. There’s always something new to deal with. It can be internal – like development projects – or external, such as price increases, delivery challenges, and the like. So there’s always something new and exciting happening. And I have great colleagues, which I really appreciate. I think we have a very good atmosphere in our department, and we collaborate well – that means a lot to me too.
