Hej, my name is Bettina Grau and I work as Team Lead Back Office at Plukon in Denmark. I started in the back office in 2019 and have since grown into a leadership role. Today, I focus on guiding and supporting my team, while still working closely with many departments across the organisation. What I enjoy most is working with people and creating results together. For me, it’s about trust, development and making sure everyone feels seen and valued at work.

Bettina's workday
No two days are ever the same
I usually start my day between 7:00 and 7:30. I check the status of fresh production and join the daily production meeting at 9:00.
Throughout the day, I work closely with production, planning, logistics, finance, HR and customers. I support my team, answer questions and help solve issues as they arise.
I also have regular one-on-one talks with my team members and monthly team meetings. Some days are busy and challenging, but I always go home feeling I have learned something new.
